SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and 3-5 business days for your order to ship to you. Once your order has been shipped, it is then in the mail carrier's hands; therefore, if you have any questions or issues due to delayed shipping, please contact the mail carrier. 

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

You are eligible for an exchange ONLY if your item(s) were damaged when you received them or if you received the wrong item(s).

All orders are non- refundable unless your order takes longer than 4 weeks to get to you, then you are eligible for a refund. 

We do not accept returns unless you are eligible for an exchange.
